Sr. Product Owner Microsoft Dynamics 365 job at Star Software System LLC. Nashville, TN. We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead two major software and implementation initiatives over the next 12 months. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive execution across internal development and enterprise systems teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Custom In-House Application Development • Oversee an internal development team working on a proprietary application (currently ~20% complete). • Manage timelines, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment cycles. • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution. 2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation • Lead the ongoing phased implementation of Dynamics D365. • Focus on the operational phase (currently deployed for 6 months) and upcoming supply chain management phase (next 6 months). • Coordinate pilots, manage development resources, and ensure successful execution. Additional Responsibilities: • Develop and manage training plans (not delivering training directly). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize feature requests. • Maintain clear communication across technical and business teams. Required Experience: • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar leadership role in software development and enterprise system implementations. • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server and .NET (coding not required, but technical fluency is essential). • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex project timelines. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
