Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Data Architect Location: St. Louis Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Industry: Global Supply Chain & Logistics Overview A global leader in supply chain and logistics is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, and integration initiatives across their international D365 landscape. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape the company’s digital transformation and optimize operations on a global scale. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions across the full D365 Finance & Operations platform. • Lead data strategy and governance initiatives to support end-to-end supply chain operations. • Collaborate closely with ERP, development, and business teams to define data requirements and integration points. • Oversee the data migration lifecycle including mapping, cleansing, and validation for global rollouts. • Design and develop data models, warehouses, and reporting structures aligned with Power BI and Azure tools. • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and internal governance standards. • Provide technical leadership in optimizing system performance and data quality across multi-entity environments. Skills & Experience • Minimum 7+ years of experience in data architecture with at least 3+ years working on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) implementations. • Strong background in data modeling, master data management (MDM), and enterprise data strategy. • Deep experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI. • Proven expertise in data migration, transformation, and integration projects in enterprise ERP settings. • Knowledge of global supply chain operations and finance processes is highly preferred. • Experience working with multi-entity, international D365 environments is a strong plus. • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
