Skills • 3-5 years of advanced experience in Active Directory Architecture and Administration • 3-5 years of general Windows Server administration • 2 years administering Azure Active Directory • Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting languages (Python, C#) • LDAP Administration experience (ODSEE/OpenLDAP/OpenDJ) • Understanding of Azure Active Directory Connect and Microsoft 365 administration • Previous experience with Privileged Access Management • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management • Knowledge of Okta • Familiarity with SQL and ability to write basic queries • Experience with Linux Operating System • Knowledge of Firewalls and troubleshooting firewall/network issues • Experience with certificate management for both 3rd party and Microsoft CA • Ability to mentor junior resources Responsibilities • Lead architectural discussions and implementation of directory services • Provide tier two ticket support for all IAM services • Offer tier one and tier two ticket support for the Directory • Create documentation (knowledge base articles) for IAM services • Develop short instructional videos for IAM services • Train and mentor student Support Analysts • Ensure recurring projects, such as the Directory Reviewer Refresh, remain on track and current Qualifications • Advanced experience in Active Directory • Solid understanding of Windows Server administration • Experience with Azure Active Directory • Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C# • Familiarity with LDAP and Identity & Access Management Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • IT certifications relevant to Active Directory and Windows Server administration are a plus Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory administration • Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred Why work in Chicago, IL Chicago is a vibrant city known for its rich culture, diverse culinary scene, and numerous opportunities for professional growth.
