Job title: Microsoft Business Central Technical Analyst Job type: Full time Job Location: New York, New York ( 3 days onsite) Focal technologies: Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, Power automate A leader in wine and spirits is seeking a Microsoft Business Central Technical Analyst to join their New York office. The Microsoft Business Central Analyst will support and enhance our use of Microsoft Business Central and Power BI. This role will bridge the gap between operations, finance, and external partners, helping us get the most out of our ERP data through reporting, automation, and process improvements The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) Analyst will aim to achieve significant business improvements with a focus on enhancing operations through innovative solutions. The Microsoft Business Central Analyst will engage in various project phases, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimizing ERP implementation processes. They will collaborate with business functions like finance, sales, service, and operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for digital products Design and document business processes, workflows, and data models Write user stories and detailed requirements to guide development and implementation efforts. Develops and implements new processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Participates in defining and formulating senior leadership's IT strategy through the review of business objectives and value proposition. Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Qualifications: Proven experience as a technical Business Analyst or related for 5+ years Experience with Microsoft Business Central Experience with Power BI Experience with Power automate and python Experience in the wine industry is highly desirable Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
