We are looking for a talented SharePoint Online (SPO) & PowerApps Developer with a Secret Clearance to assist our client full-time in managing and maintaining SPO sites and web applications onsite, 5 days per week at Ft. Belvoir, VA. The developer will be responsible for configuring and customizing SPO sites according to the agency’s specifications, building scalable web applications using Power Apps, automating tasks through Power Automate, and providing reports through Power BI. The developer will also provide technical support and training to staff. We seek candidates with knowledge of SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Front-End Web Development using HTML & CSS. Candidates must have relevant professional experience in a similar role. Responsibilities The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for providing a technical understanding of the capabilities of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-provided SharePoint Online (SPO) tool, configuring and customizing a Records and Information Management (RIM) SPO site for RDD, and assisting RDD in the development and dissemination of policy, training, and guidance to WHS-serviced Components on the configuration of their RIM-compliant SPO sites. Support includes: • Providing expertise, advice, assistance, maintenance, and program development for RDD’s RIM-compliant SPO site • Identifying and implementing customization of the RDD RIM-compliant SPO site using the Microsoft Power Platform • Preparing for the migration from RDD’s shared drive to the RDD RIM-compliant SPO site and liaising with DoD network and SPO administrators to troubleshoot and resolve network- and migration-related SPO issues • Developing training and training products for WHS-serviced Components • Drafting and updating standard operating procedures, desktop guidance, and turnkey documentation for RDD’s RIM-compliant SPO site Requirements • Active Secret Clearance (required) • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.) • Minimum 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer • Knowledge using PowerApps • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and JQuery • Familiarity with SQL Server, MS Access, and Power BI (or other BI tools) • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to solve complex software issues • Ability to manage projects independently • Detail-oriented and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time, 5 Days Onsite Salary: Starting at $110,000 – $130,000 per year, based on experience Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday • Onsite at Ft.
