This is a hands-on role where you will design and oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. You will play a crucial part in all presales activities related to the Dynamics 365 platform, while also providing methodology diagnostics and high-level solution architecture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Champion both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, promoting the adoption of new features and technologies. • Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365's technical and functional capabilities. • Design and develop sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics 365's out-of-the-box functionality, creating unique selling points and resalable assets for KPMG. • Ensure pre-sales engagements receive the same level of detail and oversight as client engagements. • Identify training needs within the team and mentor fellow team members. • Deliver consulting services that adhere to the KPMG Project Methodology, ensuring successful software implementation. • Exceed customer expectations in knowledge, skills, and conduct. • Identify and communicate project risks as necessary. • Keep relevant parties updated on progress both formally and informally. • Assist in defining and executing practice development activities. • Complete internal processes and mandatory training on schedule. • Represent KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions professionally and positively at all times. Qualifications and Skills: • Thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365's technical capabilities, supported by relevant certifications. • Strong understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, .NET development, and PowerBI. • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and management processes. • Insightful knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities, including core solutions such as Accounts, Contacts, and Activities, as well as one or more of the following: Sales Management, Marketing Automation, Project Services Automation, Customer Service Management, or Field Services. • Experience with Microsoft stack tools like Azure SQL/SQL Server, PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow, and Common Data Service. • Knowledge of offshore team collaboration best practices. • Experience with Agile methodology. • Certifications in TOGAF or Zachman Framework are a plus. • Familiarity with other marketing products like Click Dimensions or Adobe Marketing Cloud is desirable. • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (CRM, 2013, 2015, 2016, 365) are advantageous. • A relevant degree in a computational or business discipline from a recognized university. • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in CRM configuration and standard customizations. Experience and Background: • Extensive experience in providing both out-of-the-box and customized solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. • Proven capability to lead projects and engage with C-Suite stakeholders effectively. • Experience in a Lead Design Consulting role within Dynamics 365 projects. • Proficient in large-scale CRM implementations. • Adept at Business Requirement Analysis aimed at streamlining development efforts. • Pre-sales experience is highly beneficial. • Excellent presentation and demonstration capabilities. • Experience in business process mapping and documentation. • A track record of mentoring and guiding junior and offshore team members.
