Job Title: Sales Manager - Manufacturing Industry Location: Chicago, Illinois Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Sales Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and metrics as described, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Education: • Bachelor’s degree prefered but not required • Highschool graduate or G.E.D equivalent with relevant years of previous experience • Experience: • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing and/or transportation industry, with at least 2 years in a producer role. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel as required. • Valid driver’s license.
