Senior Technical Architect for M365 Solutions Join KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions, where we specialize in cutting-edge implementations for Microsoft Azure, M365, ERP, and CRM. The Role: As a Senior Technical Architect, you will take lead responsibility in delivering KPMG's M365 solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to present solutions in engaging workshops and demonstrations, ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of projects. Collaborating with other Architects and Consultants, your focus will be on achieving high standards of quality and timely delivery. You’ll also support the growth of junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Work directly with clients to align their cloud strategies with Microsoft technologies. • Create architectural designs tailored to customer needs. • Deliver compelling product presentations and demo configurations to address prospects' cloud adoption challenges. • Serve as the Technical Design Authority alongside Solution Architects on projects. • Provide governance and mentorship to project teams. • Showcase our offers via engaging online webinars and in-person workshops. • Collaborate with KPMG stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of our solutions. • Contribute to proposals and RFIs in partnership with sales and pre-sales teams. • Stay updated on technical knowledge through close collaboration with our Microsoft account teams. Core Technical Skills Required: • Demonstrated experience with M365 migrations and deployments, including tenant merges. • Expertise in M365 security and configuration. • Proficiency in core M365 applications and services (e.g., OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Viva, SharePoint). • Experience with M365 governance and data protection services, including Information Protection and DLP. • Knowledge of Azure AD and on-premises Active Directory. • Familiarity with Intune and endpoint security management. • Background in on-premises infrastructure or virtualization technologies is preferred. Desirable Skills: • Understanding of M365 business adoption and change management. • Experience with PowerApps. • Knowledge of unified communications and meeting services. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure delivery, with a strong background in migrating applications and data and modernizing business processes. You should also have experience leading delivery engagements and managing technical teams. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills to influence and manage diverse relationships in a dynamic environment, along with strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. The ability to create high-quality, professional presentations and a keen attention to detail is essential. A flexible approach to work, commitment to deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information are also critical attributes.
