Purpose and Scope A client of ours is seeking a skilled Intune Administrator. As an Intune Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our organization’s Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure. This role will also be involved in our Intune rollout and patching updates across Tablets, MAC, Intel Laptop, Desktop, IOS and Android devices. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with various devices and applications. • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Intune installations across all device configurations; Tablet, MAC, Intel, Laptop, Desktop, IOS, and Android devices. • End-User Support – Provide in-person and remote support to our user base • Enforce change management and compliance processes. • Respond to each inquiry whether from a customer, vendor or co-worker in a courteous and professional manner. • Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned. Required Skills: • 4+ years of experience with Intune and SCCM administration • Experience supporting MAC, IOS, Android, and Intel devices • Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications • The ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience
