Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the consulting industry to hire an experienced full-time Data and Analytics Consultant. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design and implement high-value data strategies, architectures, and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. What YOU will do • Partner with business and technical leaders, from C-suite to operational teams, to deliver strategic data and analytics initiatives. • Develop and implement data strategies, governance frameworks, and modernization plans including cloud migrations. • Architect and engineer data platforms, pipelines, and models to support analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence needs. • Lead data modernization initiatives involving platform, technology, and tool selection, implementation, and adoption.Conduct data maturity assessments, identify gaps in governance, and recommend solutions for data quality, architecture, and management. • Build and lead collaborative, high-performing business and technology teams to deliver data-driven products and services. • Deploy enterprise-wide reporting and visualization solutions following best practices in design and user adoption. • Contribute to business growth initiatives, including thought leadership, internal training, and mentoring. What YOU will bring us • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in data and analytics roles. • Proven experience solving real-world business problems with data-driven solutions. • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tools (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Synapse). • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or Node.js. • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Spotfire) and analytics platforms. • Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/data integration tools. • Demonstrated business and technology acumen, with strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work across industries, roles, and technologies in fast-paced environments. • Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (no work visa sponsorship available).
