ABOUT THE CHALLENGE You will join a committed security team of 5 Toreonites that is already working with great enthusiasm on different cloud projects. As a cloud security consultant, the security engineers at companies can always turn to you for advice. Thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure security, you will be able to help companies make the right architectural choices regarding security implementations. It all starts with evaluating the current security environment. You will be able to use your technical knowledge of Microsoft and Azure security to analyze audit reports and provide customers with customized security solutions. This will result in the security roadmap that you will draw up. Security architecture is a field in which you excel. Your advice in this area will ensure that you can form a good foundation for customers to secure their cloud environments as correctly as possible. You will work out roadmaps and set priorities in the process to make the implementation of security measures go as smoothly as possible. In addition, it is important to have this architectural insight so that you can give advice to the formulated operations so that good security solutions can be provided. These operations also take care of the security impact within the company. So you are the trusted advisor from A to Z with customers and you will often have to communicate with the engineers but also at management level. You will regularly have to present your quality work and convince your audience of the security solutions. You can only make an impact in the team if you build a good relationship with the customer. INSIDE OUT You are people-oriented and enjoy advising others. You can adapt well to any situation and you can motivate others and give them insights. Showing respect for others is important. In addition, you take responsibility for your own actions and you act correctly. Discretion in handling sensitive information and self-discipline can be seen in the results of your projects. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS You can translate substantive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure security into designs and advice for the security engineers. You are able to provide solutions on security products in the Microsoft and Azure cloud. You understand new technologies and can apply them to customer work environments. For this you have the knowledge of Azure platforms (Azure AD, MultiFactor, Authentication, Azure Sentinel, Virtual networking security and API security) and knowledge of MS 365 (Microsoft Defender, Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection and Information Protection). As a trusted advisor, you can make the translation from technological measures to the customer's business. So you are clear and understandable to non-IT people. You are able to evaluate the current security environment at customers. For this you will have to consult audit reports and form your advice on this adapted to the customer. Thanks to your background in e.g. system engineer, analyst, helpdesk employee etc, you have the architectural insights and can see how to secure the operations in the final security solutions. You speak and write professional English and Dutch . (French is a plus). EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS You are in possession of a relevant bachelor or master degree within IT or equivalent; engineering, computer sciences, economics… You have the following certifications or you are willing to obtain them; • AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure security technologies) • CISSP (certified information systems security professional) • CCSP (certified cloud security professional) • CCSK (certificate of cloud security knowledge) • ITIL (IT information library foundations certification) • ISSAP (Information systems security architecture professional) WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT A fast growing cybersecurity company.
