Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer (10+ Years Experience) Location : Providence, RI / Boston MA Duration: Long Term #W2 Only Job Description: • Experience : • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Strong development experience in Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) including custom plugins, workflows, and UI customizations. • Experience in implementing and integrating CRM with third-party systems. • Technical Skills : • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, and development. • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server for CRM development. • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power BI. • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integrations. • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. • Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft or SSIS. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and Customize Dynamics CRM: Configure Dynamics 365 CRM components and develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. • Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver appropriate solutions. • Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems like ERP, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms. • CRM Maintenance: Ensure CRM system runs smoothly with ongoing updates, performance optimizations, and debugging. • Support & Training: Provide end-user support, create training materials, and conduct training sessions for CRM users. • Data Management: Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data quality initiatives within CRM. • Reporting & Dashboards: Create customized reports and dashboards to provide insights and track performance metrics within CRM. • Testing & QA: Test customizations, upgrades, and new features before deployment to ensure proper functioning and integration. • Compliance & Security: Ensure that CRM usage adheres to compliance and security standards, including data protection and user access control.
