We specialize in supporting small to mid-sized businesses across various industries with a focus on excellence, innovation, and reliability. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in a leadership and supervisory role. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Level Engineer with administration experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, as well as on-prem Active Directory in a hybrid environment. This individual will work closely with our Tier 2 Support Desk team in both a hands-on and supervisory capacity—ensuring that day-to-day tasks, service tickets, and long-term projects are executed with precision and accountability. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor Tier 2 support staff as well as perform Tier1/2 tasks if needed to move forward • Oversee ticket queues, ensuring timely response and resolution. • Proactively move forward internal and client-facing IT projects. • Create, implement, and enforce internal procedures and best practices. • Maintain hands-on oversight of critical systems and infrastructure, including: • Microsoft 365 Administration • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Administration • Azure cloud environment Administration • On-prem Active Directory in hybrid setups Administration • Stay aware of critical or time-sensitive issues during support hours 7days week 8am-10pm , with flexibility in scheduling workdays as needed. • Provide escalation support and guidance to the support team. • Collaborate directly with leadership to continuously improve service delivery. Requirements: • 10+ years of professional IT administration and engineering experience. • Proven administration experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and on-prem Active Directory in a hybrid environment. • Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills. • Experience managing or supervising IT support teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment and juggle multiple priorities. • Must be able to work on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA. • Flexibility to adapt schedule based on workload and project needs.
