Junior Data Analyst- Remote access job at Next Recruiting. Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support datadriven decisionmaking. As a Data Analyst you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify trends patterns and opportunities contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: • Data Collection and Processing: • Collect and organize large datasets from various sources. • Clean and reprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Data Analysis: • Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns. • Utilize analytical tools and programming languages to perform indepth data analysis. • Report Generation: • Prepare and present clear and concise reports to communicate findings and insights. • Create visually appealing and informative dashboards for different stakeholders. • Collaboration: • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements. • Collaborate with business analysts engineers and decisionmakers to enhance datadriven decision processes. • Quality Assurance: • Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity. • Identify and rectify any discrepancies in the data to maintain accuracy. • Continuous Improvement: • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics. • Propose and implement improvements to existing analytical processes and tools. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python R or SQL. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to nontechnical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a relevant field. • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling. • Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks. • Industryspecific certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
