We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will support strategic project execution and operational excellence efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with executive-level stakeholders to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, with a strong emphasis on structured project management, strategic communications, process documentation, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: • Own, lead, and/or manage workstreams within complex projects or programs • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates • Design and deliver high-quality, executive-ready communications through channels such as PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint pages, newsletters, white papers, and Monthly Business Reviews content • Perform complex analytics and metrics development to inform decision-making • Create and maintain Excel-based models, trackers, and dashboards as well as Power BI reports • Develop process documentation, playbooks, and workflows in collaboration with subject-matter experts • Coordinate across teams, facilitate executive-level meetings, and ensure accountability for deliverables Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree required, advanced degree a plus • Proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy and/or executive level program management roles • Exposed to large, matrixed organizations and fast-paced environments • Proven project management skills (PMP or Agile experience a plus) • Strong business process analysis and documentation capabilities • Exceptional ability to build executive-level strategic communications that demonstrate storytelling capabilities • Advanced reporting skillsets within Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Comfortable with complex data analysis, metric design, and KPI/SLA performance tracking • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging with executive level audiences, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration teams Salary Range: $95,000-115,000 Benefits: Company-sponsored Health, Dental, and Vision (HDV) insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and optional supplemental benefits designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
