ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Senior Consultant with solid experience in Solutions Architecture and a strong technical background in Databricks and cloud data platforms . This role combines hands-on delivery with client-facing consulting, project leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic, high-impact data initiatives. You will be involved in: Solution Architecture : Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging platforms such as Databricks , Snowflake , Microsoft Fabric , and Azure . Consultative Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements, translating them into effective data solutions that drive value. Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals. Agile Methodology : Manage Agile/Scrum project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking, to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive solution development and deployment. Pre-Sales Support : Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, developing proposals, and participating in client presentations to showcase Keyrus's capabilities. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks , demonstrating proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines and solutions. At least 7 years of experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, or data and analytics consulting roles, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong expertise in two or more of the following technologies: Snowflake , Microsoft Fabric , Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS). Proven ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate data solutions Experience managing projects or leading small technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Databricks or Solution Architect Certification Why Keyrus?
