Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Consultant (Engagement/Account Manager) Location: Deerfield, IL Hybrid Role Type: Contract (C2C) Senior-Level HCL CLIENT 70/hr on C2C Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with deep expertise in the Power Platform and D365 (CE/CRM) to join a client project in Deerfield, IL. This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote work and on-site presence. The selected candidate will serve as an Engagement Manager / Account Manager, responsible for leading client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. • Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Manage project delivery, timelines, and resources. • Provide strategic guidance on Microsoft ecosystem best practices. • Coordinate with technical teams and support solution design and architecture. • Identify opportunities for business growth and propose enhancements or additional services. • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality delivery. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Proven track record in client-facing roles (Engagement Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Lead). • Experience delivering full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration. • Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in hybrid work environments (onsite + remote coordination). Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-600, MB-210, MB-910, etc.) • Previous consulting or partner-side experience. • Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain (preferred but not required)
