Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Communicate paid search strategy and report on paid campaign performance to internal teams. • Leverage data to measure and optimize paid advertising support and drive insights. • Support strategy to integrate Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and digital advertising into marketing journeys. • Stay current on SEM industry trends and news. • Initiate innovative advertising approaches by testing marketing methods and messaging to increase impressions, CTR, and conversions. About You The company is looking for: • Experience with Search Console, SEMRush, or other SEO monitoring tools and keyword research. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, including data analysis using charts and graphs. • Ability to report to ABA headquarters in Washington, DC, at least twice per week (no relocation assistance or stipend provided). • Major in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications, or Advertising. • Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior undergraduate student ($25/hour) or Graduate student ($30/hour).
