Job description

Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with 6-8 years of experience; Master's degree with 4-6 years preferred. • 4+ years of hands-on development in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or other BI technologies, delivering enterprise-scale reports, semantic models, and analytics assets. • Expertise in semantic modeling, star/snowflake schema design, and dimensional data modeling practices. • Strong hands-on experience with DAX, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, advanced SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R, as well as data preparation tools including Alteryx, Power Query, and Tableau Prep. • Familiarity with modern data warehousing technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or equivalent platforms. • Experience with generative AI and natural language technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, Databricks Ginni, or other LLM-driven analytics tools. • Experience implementing version control and code review processes using Git or equivalent tools. • Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and uphold quality in fast-paced agile environments. • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details for business audiences. • Knowledge of IBCS, data storytelling techniques, and perceptual design principles.
