This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across reporting, data analytics, and content development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital trends, artificial intelligence (AI), and industry research to help inform and drive business decisions.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.• Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.• Industry Research: Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, industry/market, regional and competitive research to stay ahead of macro industry trends and inform strategic initiatives.• AI & Digitalization: Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to improve efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.• Pitch Writing & Web Content: Craft compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content that align with brand voice and strategic market goals.• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting.
