Salary: $76-$81K DOE ConracSolutions seeksa Data Analystlocatedatthe Charlotte-Douglas Airport. ConracSolutions strategically partners with industry tomanageconsolidatedrental car facilities at airports across the country. Our buildings house the sophisticated rental carcompaniesoperationsandinclude but are not limited to car washes, fueling stations, garbage services, water reclaim systems, etc. The DataAnalystworks under the supervision of the Director of Asset Management to provide data solutions that support multiple businessobjectives. Data sources may include work orders, invoices, inspection results, IoT enabled devices, and other telemetry units. The Specialist and Director of Asset Management will collaborate with other departments toidentifytrends that can be used to improve the operations and maintenance process implemented across the company. This positionsupports critical mission success by providing analytical data and recommendations that shape service timing, inform the budget forecast, and define acceptable performance targets. This may include predictive maintenance scheduling andassistingwith capital improvement planning. Please note this a FT Regular positionlocatedat the rental car facilityattheCharlotte-DouglasAirport. JBCSCSLCLTDA03 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Timeliness in deliverables: • Monthly predictive maintenance reports are issuedon schedule with >95% accuracyto each site showing predicted remaining useful life and recommended change points for common wear parts. • Monthly utility reports issued to each site showing trends andidentifyingany variance that needs attention. • Semi-annual reports issued to the Director of Asset Management outlining potential Major Maintenance projects across all sites. • Act as a driver of continuous improvement by refining a minimum of 4 current processes and proposing innovative solutions that strengthen organizational performance and create long-term value each quarter. • Analysis and recommendations show consideration of the variables thatimpactperformance. QUALIFICATIONS • Associate degree preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience in a similar facility management role. • 3-5 years of on-the-job experience in areas including facilities management, preventivemaintenanceand IT. • 2+ Years experience supporting data analysis Substantial experience with data collection and analysis. • Experience in programming language, like SQL • Data visualizations like Power BI or Tableau • Management systems like Azure/ Domo/ Yardi • Strongproficiencywith spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications. • High level experience with MS Excel,Proficient in Microsoft 365. Proficient typing skills are alsorequired. • Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance practices. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network mapping • Familiarity with facility management and equipment maintenance needs. • Familiarity with coding, programming, and automating. • Familiarity with budgeting process and accounting procedures. • Professional in appearance and character.
