Business Analytics Developer job at e.biT Consulting. Miami, FL. POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Analytics Developer will be leveraging advanced Power BI capabilities to develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data models that support various functions within the organization, including operations, risk management, compliance, lending, and customer service. Must be proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Power Automate, SSRS and SQL. Must have a thorough understanding of Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft SQL Server databases and star schema data modelling design concepts. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: § Collaborates and partners with the Business to gather requirements, design and implement BI solutions and automation using Power BI. § Create and maintain detailed documentation for BI reports, data models, and processes to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer. § Creates, enhances, and maintains Power BI dashboards and data models in support of business initiatives as assigned. § Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to leverage Power BI tools effectively for their daily tasks and decision-making processes § Analyzes complex data relationships, troubleshoots/resolves issues, and proposes solutions that produce insights into business processes, performance, and KPIs. § Works independently with little or no supervision and direction. § Optimize data queries and data processing workflows to enhance performance and reduce latency. § Keep up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, tools, and techniques, and apply them to improve the bank’s BI capabilities § Follows all prescribed standards as defined by Information Technology Team (I.T.T.). § Maintains a high service-oriented attitude and takes ownership of issues/assigned projects. § Communicates effectively and professionally, in both oral and written communications, with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. § Performs any other tasks required by I.T. T. Management for the successful operation of all I.T.T. services provided to our clients. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: § Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred. § Minimum of two (2) years developing Power BI dashboards, Data Flows, complex SQL queries and stored procedures and SSRS reports. § Experience with cloud platform technologies Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data Flows, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse is preferred. § Extensive knowledge of Power BI visuals, DAX language, data modeling, and Power Query. SKILLS: § Adept at conducting research and discovery into project-related issues and products. § Superior analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. § Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. § Excellent written and oral communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. § Must possess organizational, time management, and motivational skills. § Can perform well with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. § Team Player with a strong work ethic.
