What You Will Do: • Own the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for AI-driven improvements. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions. • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. • Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI solutions. How You Will Succeed: • Understanding of the technical, ethical, and user experience challenges and opportunities of generative AI systems and models. • Leadership qualities and the ability to make significant, impactful decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Your Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience working with AI systems, preferably generative AI systems • 2+ years of product management experience delivering end-to-end products from conceptualization to launch, ideally at a technology company working on ML/AI based products • Deep understanding of ML tech stacks for building, deployment, customization, and integration. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. What You Should Bring: • Master's degree in a relevant STEM field preferred. • Experience with AWS, Azure or Databricks • Experience implementing Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) frameworks that take models from proof of value to mature and automated. • Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience with Agile Development, CI/CD, Jenkins, Github, and Automation platforms. • Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data domains and craft practical solutions for subsequent data exploitation via analytics. • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a geographically dispersed group of business and technical colleagues Team Values: • Innovate: Embrace new ideas and technologies to drive continuous improvement. • Accelerate: Work effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals. • Include: Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and transparency. • Deliver: Strive for excellence in all aspects of your work.
