About the Role As a Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and presenting innovative solutions for their clients. You will engage in both hands-on technical validationandsolution design, combining deep expertise inAzure Data & AI services (with a strong focus on Databricks)with excellent consulting and communication skills. You will collaborate with international architecture teams and local data engineering teams to design scalable solutions, lead proposal processes, and inspire clients to embrace next-generation data platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technology, business, and innovation while driving real impact for their customers. Key Responsibilities • Play a leading role inproposal and presales processes, including tenders, RFPs, and business cases. • Translate customer requirements intocomprehensive solution designscovering technological, commercial, and financial aspects. • Present architectural roadmaps and defineclear implementation roadmapsfor Databricks and Azure-based solutions. • Engage effectively withboth technical experts and C-level stakeholdersto capture, analyze, and translate business needs. • Actively participate inproof-of-concept (PoC) projects, validating solution design through hands-on Databricks workflows. • Present compelling solutions and proposals usingstrong visualization and communication skills (PowerPoint, commercial texts). • Inspire clients to adoptcloud-native architectures, AI frameworks, and innovative technologies. • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Belgium and Greece to deliver best-in-class consulting and implementation support. • Contribute toinnovation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, staying ahead of market expectations Your Profile • 6+ years of experiencein Data roles (Data Engineer, Data Architect, Solution Architect). • At least23 years of proven experience as a Data/Solution Architectwith strong knowledge ofAzure Data & AI Services. • Hands-on expertise inAzure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow, workflows). • Strong knowledge ofAzure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric, and related tools. • Exposure toframeworks and platforms such as Snowflake, Huggingface, and cloud-native setupsis a strong plus. • Ability tocapture complex business needs and translate them into clear technical and commercial solutions. • Excellentpresentation, proposal writing, and visualization skills. • Strong consulting mindset: persuasive, empathetic, and able to inspire trust. • Stress-resistant and capable of working to deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality. • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
