Cyber Security Engineer - CSE 25-29076 job at NavitsPartners. Detroit, MI. Role: Cyber Security Engineer Location: Oakland County, MI (Onsite) Duration: 6–12 Months Job Summary We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) . The engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing IAM and PAM tools across enterprise environments, as well as supporting automation, scripting, and cloud security initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Deploy, configure, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust . • Configure and manage IAM across Okta , Azure AD/Entra ID , and AWS IAM . • Deploy and configure Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions (CyberArk preferred). • Develop automation and remediation workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL . • Author SOAR workflows and leverage REST-based APIs for tool integrations. • Enhance reporting and automation by integrating disparate security tools. • Support security hardening of Azure and AWS environments. • Utilize native cloud security tools (e.g., Azure Security Center, AWS GuardDuty) to monitor and secure infrastructure. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong background in Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM). • Hands-on expertise with CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust for PAM/EPM deployments. • IAM experience with Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, and AWS IAM . • Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, SQL). • Experience creating and managing SOAR workflows . • Familiarity with REST APIs for system integrations. • (Preferred) Experience securing Azure and AWS environments using native tools.
