Summary The Data Coordinator on the Analytics & Impact team plays a key role in supporting the organization’s data and grant operations. This position coordinates data collection and management, processes grant applications, supports improvements to internal systems (including the grant portal), and prepares data-informed reports for the Grants team. It’s an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and committed to improving systems and workflows to enhance organizational impact. Duties • Coordinate the collection, entry, and management of programmatic and grant-related data. • Ensure consistent data entry and adherence to data quality standards across all systems. • Process and track grant applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines. • Assist with testing, feedback, and improvements of the grant application portal and related tools. • Coordinate with the Grants team to prepare payment requests and ensure proper documentation for disbursements • Assist in compiling and updating datasets used for internal evaluation, impact tracking, and reporting. • Support ongoing improvements to data processes, workflows, and tools in collaboration with team members. • Provide administrative and logistical support for data- or grant-related projects as needed. • Contribute to documentation, training guides, and user support for both applicants and internal users. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office Suite with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and comfort with data entry and analysis tools. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in grants administration, data entry, or customer service. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote environment.
