As part of the Data & Advanced Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our Navista Application Suite and the Integrated Oncology Network (IoN). Our analytics lifecycle team identifies, analyzes, and presents insights that drive business decisions and help anticipate opportunities for competitive advantage. Job Overview: In this key role, you will: • Architect and implement cloud-based infrastructure for Data Lakes, Analytics, and Machine Learning initiatives. • Operationalize large-scale enterprise data platforms using Azure Cloud Platform technologies such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions. • Consult with and guide various teams in productionizing Big Data and Analytics workloads. • Create solutions for ingesting, storing, and distributing big data for data scientists and analysts. • Utilize agile DevOps (DataOps, MLOps) practices and automation to enhance speed and quality in delivering client solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Data Platforms, Data Pipeline technologies, and Common Data Services using cloud-native technologies. • Establish proactive monitoring and alerting for data pipelines. • Set data quality standards and governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Create datasets for reporting and machine learning purposes. • Collaborate closely with analytics team members to define requirements and analyze data from various sources. • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solution integrity. • Assess current data platforms and drive enhancements for optimization. • Lead data engineering activities and ensure successful project delivery. • Optimize data pipelines and implement CI/CD for automated solutions. • Utilize Azure services for data transformation and storage, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lake. • Design and manage Azure infrastructure components. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have proven experience in: • Hands-on work with Azure, SSIS, and MS SQL. • Managing Azure infrastructure, including storage and databases. • Data pipeline creation and Azure Monitoring. • Writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. • CI/CD practices including Concourse and Terraform. • Agile development principles. • Bonus skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, oncology data, RCM, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python. Salary & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,500 - $133,600.
