Position Overview: We are seeking a Software Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages, to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building external-facing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, coupled with experience automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate. Familiarity with Dataverse and other Microsoft Power Platform components is highly desirable. Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess an active Secret or Top-Secret clearance. This position requires full-time, 100% onsite availability Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement secure, responsive, and user-friendly websites using Microsoft Power Pages. • Build and configure automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain custom UI components and integrations for external-facing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Integrate Power Pages and Power Automate workflows with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs. • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality, performance, and security. • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and business teams. • Stay informed on the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. • Strong expertise in Power Pages development and customization. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building external-facing web applications. • Strong understanding of web security principles and responsive design. • Experience in integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience developing Power Apps (Model-Driven or Canvas). • Knowledge of API integration and REST-based services. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Engagement development. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are a plus.
