Eide Bailly is on the lookout for a proactive Business Development Executive to elevate our Data Analytics, AI, and Integration advisory services. Your mission will be to identify, pursue, and close innovative solutions that empower mid-market clients to transform their operations through advanced data platforms, automation, and intelligent analytics. Collaborate closely with technical teams and esteemed partners like Microsoft, Snowflake, Workato, and Boomi to deliver customized solutions that revolutionize business decision-making. A typical day in this role might include: • Generating new business by promoting our data warehouse, analytics, integration (iPaaS), and AI readiness solutions. • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO, VP of Ops, Data Leaders) to discover and define their business needs. • Qualifying leads, facilitating solution discussions, and guiding deals through the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing. • Collaborating with our internal delivery teams (Data & AI, Integration, IT Consulting) to align strategies that deliver business value. • Partnering with key vendor/channel collaborators to enhance market reach and generate referrals. • Actively representing Eide Bailly at industry events, partner showcases, client webinars, and demand generation initiatives. • Maintaining rigorous CRM practices for tracking pipeline health, opportunity stages, forecast accuracy, and lead quality. Who You Are: • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. • You have over 3 years of consultative sales or business development experience, ideally in analytics, AI, cloud integration, or digital transformation. • You possess an understanding of data architectures, ETL/integration platforms, and AI-enabling technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, Boomi, Workato, and Power BI. • You excel in engaging executive-level conversations and establishing credibility with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers. • You have experience partnering with technology vendors, with an understanding of co-selling and channel dynamics—previous alliance experience is a bonus. • You are familiar with professional services or LLP environments and are confident navigating relationship-driven sales models. • You are proactive, organized, and thrive in collaborative, team-oriented selling environments. • You are comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings, partner events, and firm conferences. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) • Exposure to iPaaS tools (Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services) • Understanding of generative AI or machine learning use cases for business • Experience in building account plans and collaborating cross-functionally with consulting teams Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Benefits and Compensation We pride ourselves on a competitive compensation philosophy. Eide Bailly complies with state regulations regarding salary display. Final compensation is influenced by factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary: $110,000 - $140,000, based on experience/location/level, plus a robust commission structure.
