Job Description Job Description Qvinci Software is seeking a full time Software Developer to join our growing team, and contribute to the design, development, operation, and growth of our high availability, highly scalable, AWS cloud applications and analytic services. Responsibilities & Skills • Expert developer with full-stack responsibilities including C#, .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, NHibernate, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, JSON, XML, React.js, Windows Servers, IIS, Node.js, etc. • Design, Develop, and Operate highly scalable Cloud/SaaS applications and services based upon Amazon RDS, EC2, EBS, and similar services. • Work with other members of the Qvinci Development Team in an Agile Scrum environment. • Complete all phases of the software development life cycle on time and on budget, including analysis, design, develop, coding, test, and support. • Create and propose solutions to complex problems. • Work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines. • Work across all tiers of the application and services. • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders and project managers. • Proven team player. Qualifications & Related Experience • Four-year accredited college or university degree in Computer Science or similar field. • 5+ years of Professional Software Development experience highly desirable. • Experience working with Cloud/SaaS applications and services, multi-tier service implementations, performance analysis & tuning, database development, and software architecture. • Environment: Visual Studio, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, SQL Server Management Studio, Amazon RDS, Amazon EC2, Amazon EBS, and Windows Server. • Strong with C# and .NET technologies. • Strong UI/UX skills and philosophy. • Knowledge of Accounting Analytics, Data Analytics, API design and/or multi-system ETL integrations, JSON and/or XML is a plus. • Understanding and hands-on experience including integration with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is high desirable. • Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, reporting, and report editing tools including Microsoft Excel is plus. • Demonstrated understanding of business and the importance of reporting, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and financial modeling • A desire to work with the latest technology in a fast-paced team environment is essential. • Austin local, or remote US based (Texas, Louisiana, or Tennessee preferred) candidates will be considered.
