Please find the position details below: Job Title:BI Engineer with Snowflake & Strong Angular development experience Location: Westlake, TX (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks remote) Duration: Long term Contract with possibility of extension or Conversion Interview: 2 rounds Must-Have Technical Skills: • Angular – Strong front-end development experience required. • Power BI – Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals. • Python – For developing APIs and automation scripts. • Snowflake – Strong data engineering and analytics background. • Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS) – Hands-on experience with Function Apps, Blob Storage, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, EKS, RDS, S3, etc. • Experience embedding Power BI reports into Angular apps, including security and identity management. Nice to Have • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other modern data platforms. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. • Knowledge of API security and integration best practices. About the Role: This team is enhancing the Plan Sponsor Web (PSW) Reporting Application, a platform that delivers data insights and analytics to. In this role, you’ll work on modernizing reporting solutions using the latest technology stack, including Angular, Power BI, Python, and Snowflake, while leading development efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop modern, interactive dashboards using Power BI integrated into Angular-based applications. • Build and automate data pipelines and APIs using Python. • Work with Snowflake for data engineering, analytics, and warehousing. • Leverage cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) for deployment, storage, and scalability. • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and analysts. • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and product owners to deliver business value. • Ensure QA readiness, automation, and best practices in software development.
