Position: MS Dynamics Developer / Consultant Location: Baine, MN Onsite Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics professional to join our client, Premier Industries, to support their ERP/CRM implementation and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities: • Work on implementation, customization, configuration, and support of MS Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP). • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Customize entities, forms, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365. • Develop plugins, integrations, and extensions using C#, .NET, and Power Platform. • Manage data migration, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI knowledge is a plus). • Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and post-implementation support. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP). • Strong knowledge of customization, configuration, and integrations. • Experience with C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server. • Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification(s) preferred. Nice to Have: • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. • Power BI or other reporting tools.
