Job Description: As a Power Apps & SharePoint Developer, you will serve as a senior-level technical specialist with deep expertise in Power Apps development and InfoPath solutions. You will support enterprise application initiatives by designing, developing, and managing custom solutions across the Microsoft stack while interacting with both executive-level users and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and administration of Power Apps applications (online and on-premise) • Design and manage Power Apps workflows, lists, databases, and permissions • Develop IT solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint • Maintain and enhance SharePoint environments, including tenant-level administration • Build dynamic UI using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery • Work with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure cloud databases, Microsoft Dataverse, InfoPath, and Dynamics 365 • Code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XSL/XSLT, CSOM, PHP, and SharePoint scripting • Develop applications in a 3-tiered architecture • Use Azure DevOps for version control, work tracking, and task estimation • Deliver high-quality solutions in a fully remote/teleworking environment • Provide support and design for applications integrated with statewide systems • Identify and implement best practices and project standards to ensure technical excellence Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: • 8+ years of experience in developing IT solutions • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint • 8+ years of UI design experience using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery • Experience with Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps • Knowledge of SharePoint tenant-level administration • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud databases and Microsoft Dataverse • Proficiency with Microsoft InfoPath and Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Ability to serve as a technical SME and interact with executive-level users • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly • Demonstrated ability to work productively in a remote environment The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr.
