The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Solutions Architect with over a decade of experience in software development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate across functions with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and other architects to devise comprehensive technical strategies and solutions. You should be able to maintain a big-picture perspective while also showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications We seek individuals who possess: • 10+ years of professional experience as a Solutions Architect. • Advanced proficiency in English. • A completed four-year college degree. • Extensive experience with frontend technologies including React, Ember.js, Angular, Vue, and React Native. • Strong backend expertise with technologies such as Node, Java, .Net, and Ruby on Rails. • Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and systems integration methods. • A solid understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and industry best practices. • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (a plus). • The capability to work both independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in supporting pre-sales initiatives, including solution design, client engagement, and technical presentations. • An ability to tackle new challenges and contribute to libraries as required. • Skills to establish and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. • A keen attention to detail. • A positive attitude and a proactive approach. • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams. • Substantial experience with large, complex systems. • A sense of ownership over your work, meeting the established goals set with your team. • An understanding of and commitment to the objectives of FullStack's clients. • A willingness to consistently work 40 hours each week.
