Role Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering innovative AI and automation solutions that redefine the workplace in the AI-driven landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business challenges and translate them into engineered AI and automation solutions. • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Facilitate ideation sessions, capture and define business and technical requirements, and translate these into clear use cases and minimum viable products (MVPs). • Test and enhance solutions based on user feedback, ensuring high functionality and user satisfaction. • Maintain strong relationships with customer organizations, guiding them on their journey to becoming Frontier Firms through effective AI integration. • Produce comprehensive documentation and conduct training to ensure successful handovers to customers and support teams. Required Experience: • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Copilot, Power Platform, and Dataverse, along with familiarity in Azure AI/Foundry and Microsoft Fabric. • At least 3 years of commercial experience in a consulting role, preferably within a Microsoft Partner environment. • Experience leading ideation workshops and capturing requirements effectively. • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and participation in sprint ceremonies.
