P2C3STSPower BI AdministrationManage and maintain the Power BI Service (Power BI Online) and Power BI Report Server (if applicable).Monitor workspace usage, performance, data refresh schedules, and user access controls.Create, configure, and manage Power BI workspaces, gateways, and datasets.Implement and enforce Power BI governance policies, including naming conventions, data classification, and data retention.User Access & Security:Manage user roles and permissions using Azure Active Directory (AAD).Ensure proper row-level security (RLS) and object-level security (OLS) in reports and datasets.Audit user activity and access logs for compliance and performance monitoring.Platform Support & Maintenance:Troubleshoot issues with data refreshes, report performance, and access errors.Schedule and monitor data refresh jobs and gateway performance.Coordinate with IT/network/security teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational policies.Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals.Analyze user feedback and performance data to iterate and improve product features.Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with multiple POs across PODs & teams.
