Data, Analytics & AI Consultant (Generative AI & Agentic AI Focus) Location: Denver, CO Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, technically proficient Data, Analytics, and AI Consultant with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern cloud-based data platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business challenges, framing and validating business use cases, designing and engineering end-to-end solutions, and delivering measurable business impact through Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends strategic consulting with hands-on solutioning, architecture, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Understanding • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and opportunities. • Identify and prioritize use cases where Data, Analytics, and AI can drive tangible business value. • Translate complex business problems into structured, data-driven solutions. Solution Design & Architecture • Design end-to-end solution approaches involving Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and AI (including Generative and Agentic AI components). • Define measurable success criteria, KPIs, and expected business outcomes. • Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using modern data and AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). • Integrate traditional analytics and machine learning approaches with emerging Generative and Agentic AI capabilities. Engineering & Delivery • Lead the engineering and development of AI/ML and analytics solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and security. • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and software developers to implement production-grade solutions. • Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, agents and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.) as needed. Client Communication & Reporting • Present solution approaches, technical architectures, and progress updates to clients in a clear and business-aligned manner. • Provide periodic updates, demos, and post-delivery support as required. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and AI solutioning, including 2+ years in Generative AI and Agentic AI. • Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles, driving business discovery and technical delivery. • Expertise in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.), and orchestration tools. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, dbt). • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs). • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, security, scalability, and integration patterns. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Lang Chain, Strands). • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Sage MakerMLflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML). • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus. • Certifications in cloud, data engineering, or AI/ML (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
