Job Title: Disaster Recovery Specialist / Engineer Location: NJ, Onsite Duration: long term contract Required Skills : • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure, or Business Continuity • Hands-on expertise with backup, replication, and high-availability solutions (Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, NetBackup). • Strong knowledge of cloud-native DR strategies in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and execute DR drills in hybrid environments. • Solid understanding of networking, storage, databases, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and IT governance frameworks.
