About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure & Oracle DBA Consultant to support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier hosted on a secure Azure-based infrastructure. This role will collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure a robust, scalable, and secure environment across all infrastructure layers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Azure cloud services, Oracle database administration, and enterprise-grade cybersecurity practices. Experience with high availability configurations, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and automation tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Primavera Unifier on Azure-hosted infrastructure. • Provision and manage Azure virtual machines, networking, load balancing, backup services, and access control. • Administer Oracle Database (preferably 19c), including schema design, table partitioning, and performance tuning. • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), secure API integrations, and identity/key management using tools such as Azure Entra ID or equivalent. • Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies including Oracle RMAN, Data Guard, and site replication. • Apply best practices for application server and database server hardening and compliance with cybersecurity standards. • Create detailed documentation for support operations, infrastructure design, release upgrades, and disaster recovery protocols. • Automate infrastructure management tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting tools. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure and Oracle database administration. • Proven ability to manage Azure services including virtual machines, backup, networking, and high availability. • Strong experience in administering Oracle Database 19c (or similar), including performance tuning and backup strategies. • Knowledge of Oracle Unifier deployment and support (preferred). • Hands-on expertise with Oracle RMAN, Data Guard, and high availability/disaster recovery planning. • Familiarity with Linux and Windows server administration in enterprise environments. • Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools. Preferred Skills: • Experience in cybersecurity implementation in cloud or hybrid environments. • Background in enterprise infrastructure design and documentation. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
