Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This individual will play a key role in the implementation of a Microsoft D365 project, executing technical integrations and gathering functional and technical requirements from stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Execute technical integrations of D365, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity. • Gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in integration with Microsoft Dynamics D365. • Proficient experience in gathering functional and technical requirements. • Experience with implementing Financials and Operations (F&O) in Dynamics 365. • Plus: • Boomi experience. • Transportation & Logistics background. • Microsoft Elevate experience or HRIS integration experience. • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
