Hourly pay range $ 38.80 Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Data Analyst - Power BI Specialist will include: • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise. • This role will be responsible for transforming complex corporate data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. • The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. • Extract, clean, and transform data from various corporate systems and databases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. • Automate recurring reporting tasks and optimize data workflows. • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as needed. • Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Job Requirements • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with a focus on Power BI. • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts. • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
