Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer Location: Plano, TX Job Type: Hybrid Job Description: We're seeking a CRM Developer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Design, as well as proficiency in .Net/.Net Core and C#. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, particularly in creating scalable, high-performance applications focused on Sales Services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our clients. Qualifications: • Core Expertise: • Proficiency in .Net/.Net Core, C# • Experience with REST-style/GraphQL microservices and event-driven design patterns • Strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Design and development, with a focus on Sales Services • Technical Understanding: • Knowledge of relational or NoSQL database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps principles • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, • Understanding of messaging services like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS • Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant experience • Experience in creating Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions • Experience in customizations and integrations within the Microsoft Ecosystem • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise applications and design patterns • Work Environment: • Work in an environment with a heavy emphasis on continuous integration and deployment strategies • Ensure the highest quality software is developed, delivered, and maintained
