SHAREPOINT ONLNE(SPO) SME The primary work location for this position will The SPO Subject Matter Expert (SME) will come with deep expertise in SharePoint Online and a broad understanding of Microsoft 365 services. This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SharePoint Online solutions at an enterprise level, while also managing M365 tenant administration and ensuring alignment with Zero Trust (ZT) principles, data governance, and AI integration strategies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Graph API, data labeling, sensitivity labels, and records retention policies. They will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining secure, compliant, and scalable collaboration environments, leveraging strong PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and enforce policy controls. This position requires a proactive leader who can translate business needs into technical solutions, support cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern workplace technologies. Minimum Qualifications: • Required to possess a DOD SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT I • Computing Environment: Cloud Computing certification: (i.e., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 administrators Expert) • Certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAT 3 • Expert experience in managing M365 technologies with a focus on SharePoint Online Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $85.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance Work Location: In person
