Our healthcare client is searching for an MS Dynamics 365 Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the tool and its many functions and features. Our ideal candidate will have a robust marketing background and a strong knowledge of Dynamics 365. You will Partner with all internal teams of our client, Strategic Enablement Team, and external vendors (Microsoft, Phenom, TGS & Quantum Works) for integration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service & Marketing. As the MS Dynamics 365 Marketing Administrator, you will: • Create fields, forms, landing pages, task templates, etc. for all of our client's audiences. • Serve as an in-house SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Support the creation of our client's audience email journeys. • Assist in the creation of framework to support maintenance of marketing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Assist in the creation of operational processes (workflow identification & development) for Sales & Marketing to support new partner onboarding. • Maintain the integrity of marketing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Report on duplicates, communication opt-outs, email bounces, etc. by creating report and business rules. • Create and manage marketing dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Partner with users and key stakeholders to ensure data successfully flows in and out of our client's Data Warehouse and is available for PowerBI. Who we’re searching for: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or technology-related field. • 5 years experience in communications or marketing. • 2 years experience in Dynamics 365. • Proficient in using power automation with Dynamic 365.
