ETL/Data Analytics Developer (Hybrid - Baltimore) Baltimore, MD (Hybrid Remote) Long-Term Contract Role Overview and Responsibilities: The ETL/Data Analytics Developer will support the Data Analytics Team on a long-term contract, focusing on retrieving and validating data from multiple systems to build accurate extracts, reports, and dashboards. The role includes designing and monitoring ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and documenting procedures to maintain consistency and repeatability. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the data warehouse, creating test scripts using SQL, and collaborating with DBAs, architects, and developers to design optimized databases. The position also involves coordinating data migrations, conducting various levels of testing, ensuring compliance with development standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users are essential to the role. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Services, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL methodologies and development. • 3+ years of hands-on SSIS experience. • Experience with Azure SQL Instance. • Proficiency in SQL Server scripting and data modeling. • Understanding of Data Warehousing principles, concepts, and architecture. • Strong knowledge of software development best practices and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of users and team members. • Ability to visualize complex issues and effectively analyze requirements. • Experience coordinating technical team efforts with other departments and stakeholders. ll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability
