KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan and design TP-Link’s cloud infrastructure architecture, including compute, network, and storage, ensuring high scalability, availability, and efficiency. • Provide strategic technical guidance for the upper-layer microservices architecture, driving architectural evolution and optimization to support long-term business growth. • Lead technological innovations, from concept to implementation, continuously optimizing cloud architecture to enhance system stability and performance. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the coherence and consistency of cloud solutions, fostering efficient interdepartmental cooperation. • Oversee the construction and optimization of cloud infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. • Deeply understand cloud cost management and optimize costs through technical solutions, balancing performance, scalability, and budget constraints. • Possess experience in distributed systems and architectural design, building highly available, resilient, and distributed architectures that ensure system stability under large-scale, high-concurrency scenarios. • Demonstrate expertise in security and compliance to ensure that the cloud architecture meets industry standards and company security policies. • Understand DevOps principles and be proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), driving automation and efficient cloud infrastructure operations. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields with a solid computer science foundation. • At least 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with expertise in designing and optimizing largescale cloud infrastructures. • Proficiency in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI) with extensive hands-on experience. • Deep understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem, proficiency in Service Mesh (Istio), monitoring (VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus), logging (ELK, Loki), API Gateway and NoSQL databases. • Strong architectural design skills, capable of planning and implementing scalable and efficient cloud solutions. • Deep understanding of architectural theories and distributed system principles, capable of designing highly available, resilient, and distributed architectures. • Excellent technical leadership skills, able to drive technology implementation and collaborate efficiently with multiple departments. • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements, ensuring cloud architecture adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry security standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with big data platforms is a plus.
