What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide insights, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for automation and process improvements. Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights. Support metrics development for key outcomes like customer retention, propensity to convert, and churn prediction. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and operational needs. Develop and maintain sophisticated quantitative models to improve decision-making by analyzing historical data and conducting scenario analysis.
