Job Summary The Power Platform Architect will support the strategic direction of the IT organization for low-code solutions; define solution architecture frameworks to support Power Platform-based solutions; provide leadership and oversight for Power Platform application design and development; define and maintain Power Platform processes and controls; and provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions. Job Responsibilities Align with and support the strategic direction of the broader IT organization. Provide insights into strategic vision, plans, and roadmaps, and identify innovative technologies and product enhancements to improve customer experience and simplify the current landscape. Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance on Power Platform-based scalable application design and development, serving as an expert on the technical capabilities of the Power Platform. Define system, data, and application architecture, and anticipate and solve problems across various backends such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and integrations with other systems using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Power BI, Data Gateways, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs. Develop solution architecture frameworks to support Power Platform solutions for core business functions, ensuring alignment with other products and the overall IT enterprise. Develop POCs and MVPs to demonstrate business value. Design, document, and maintain Power Platform processes, report on common technical issues, and make recommendations to the product team. Understand our customers’ business and technical needs and communicate key insights to the product team. Provide thought leadership on new Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, Azure Open AI, etc. Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience. 4+ years solution architecture experience designing solutions for core business functions, application architecture, or low/no-code app delivery and administration. 2+ years designing software and hardware solutions using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, and integrating with other systems using Azure services or API platforms. Experience leading projects and supporting complex solutions to meet IT and business goals. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree such as a Master's in Information Technology. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, D365, or Azure/AWS cloud. Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders. Excellent teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are required. The position is based in Newark, NJ, and is full-time with a salary range of over $100,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
