Senior IT Administrator Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior IT Administrator to lead and shape the future of our IT operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do • Lead and manage the day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring our systems are efficient, secure, and future-ready. • Oversee the local network and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Assist us as we spearhead our migration to cloud based infrastructure. • Spearhead the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of end-user hardware, software, and network devices. • Build, configure, and maintain machine learning pools, laptops, and cutting-edge hardware. • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, resolving technical issues swiftly, and providing exceptional support to employees. • Manage complex IT service requests, escalating and coordinating solutions when necessary, with a focus on employee satisfaction. • Lead IT-related projects, bringing your expertise and innovation to every initiative. • Champion the company's culture and values by fostering collaboration and excellence. • Configure and support Microsoft Teams and Outlook on computers and mobile devices. What You'll Bring • Expertise in Ubiquiti Environment, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Hubspot, VMware, and hardware maintenance. • Strong knowledge of PC and printer hardware, with a knack for hands-on troubleshooting and hardware replacement. • Proficiency in researching and resolving complex PC and software issues. • Stellar multitasking skills to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, combined with a passion for helping others. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language. • Detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to lift and manage equipment up to 50 lbs. Qualifications • Education: College degree preferred, but we value equivalent technical training and experience just as highly. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
