Your responsibilities will include: • Research and Development: Continuously explore the latest AI and machine learning advancements to enhance existing models and innovate new methodologies. • AI Model Deployment and Monitoring: Ensure smooth deployment of AI models, monitor their performance regularly, and make adjustments to uphold accuracy while complying with governance and regulatory standards. • Innovation Projects: Lead pilot projects to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies within our organization and evaluate their impact. • Data Analysis and Insight Extraction: Draw actionable insights from complex datasets, recognizing patterns that inform strategic decisions. • Machine Learning Model Development: Design, build, and fine-tune machine learning models using various algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning. • Agentic Workflows Implementation: Create workflows that enable AI agents to perform tasks autonomously, improving operational efficiency. • RAG Pattern Utilization: Implement retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance language model performance and accuracy. • Model Fine-Tuning: Adapt pre-trained models to specific applications, ensuring optimal results. • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Prepare datasets for analysis by cleansing, managing missing values, and eliminating outliers for high-quality inputs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, including software engineers and business analysts, to integrate AI solutions effectively. • Documentation and Reporting: Produce comprehensive documentation and communicate technical findings in a clear manner for non-technical stakeholders. • Mentoring: Guide and support junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop ML models focused on enhancing operational metrics and addressing care gaps. • Presentations: Effectively communicate complex analysis results to diverse audiences. • Additional Duties: Adapt to changing business needs by exploring new data-driven solutions and referring appropriate resources for implementation. • Industry Trends: Leverage tools and analytics to stay updated with industry and sector trends that could inform our strategies. Qualifications: • Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Experience: Over 10 years in data science, ideally within healthcare; alternative relevant industries will be considered. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, R, and experienced with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). • Statistical Analysis: Strong grasp of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. • Agentic Workflows: Familiarity with designing workflows that utilize AI agents for autonomous tasks. • RAG Techniques: Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and its application to enhance AI model outputs. • Fine-Tuning Expertise: Experience in fine-tuning models to achieve specific task performance metrics. • Data Visualization: Skilled in tools like Tableau or Power BI for effective presentation of insights. • Database Management: Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data warehousing and ETL processes. • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for innovative solutions to complicated challenges. Preferred Education: PhD or equivalent advanced experience. Preferred Experience: • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI Studio) for AI model deployment. • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
